The Royal Oak and Castle

The Royal Oak and Castle in Pevensey are hosting Beached from the Pubbetry Project this Sunday.

Created for tabletops anywhere, Beached began as an idea to reach families in pubs and cafes, after all no-one has to explain why a roast dinner just hs something for everyone!

Beached tells the tale of Arnold whose walk quickly becomes an adventure….

A soundtrack is played on earphones for each audience member, creating a little world to share at the table which is suitable for all ages. “Spellbinding and magical!”

The event is free and it is made possible by the pub and Applause Rural Touring.

The performances will run from 1pm until 2pm and again from 3pm to 4pm.

Beached was originally created and toured with help from Ideas Test, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council and Kent County Council.
